hela Sverige Your main responsibilities will consist of:
> Consolidation for the division and reporting to division management, to the Business Area and the Group, including:
Process, check and follow-up incoming reporting from our operational units;
Consolidate the division and perform necessary adjustments and eliminations;
Secure high quality reporting with the deadlines set.
> Monthly analysis of divisional performance, as well as that of individual operational units.
> Supporting (not limited to administrative responsible) customer centers and product companies in area of financial reporting, GPS NG and other reporting tools used.
> Active support the VP Controlling and other members of the MRS management team with coordination of the reporting and planning process within the division; creation of various ad-hoc reports in GPS; other ad hoc questions and follow-ups in the division.
> Being an active resource for Divisional-, Business Area- and Group-owned projects
Experience requirements
Solid knowledge of the Atlas Copco Group and specifically, Mining and Rock Excavation business area. Preferably also a solid experience in the Service business
Knowledge
Good knowledge of IS/IT-systems in general and very good understanding of MS Office (Excel) is required. Knowledge of the group reporting, service accounting including the latest relevant international accounting standards and the group consolidation system (GPS NG), is a plus.
Educational requirements
We believe that you have a university degree in business administration or similar by experience, with a solid base education in areas of accounting, cost benefit analysis, finance and economics. Education in international business and marketing is a plus. Fluency in written and oral English is a must.

The position requires somebody who has a strong ambition, is able to work independently and takes own initiatives for further improvements within the area of responsibility.
The person we are looking for has strong analytic capabilities and a service-minded approach. You should be able to remain calm and organized also when working under stress. Deadlines in this position are important, so unusual work-hours are sometimes unavoidable. You are also expected to be a good team-player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Mining and Rock Excavation Service is a division within Atlas Copco's Mining and Rock Excavation Technique business area. The division has a very strong customer orientation, with Distribution Centers located in China, Sweden and the US and approximately 4,150 of the total of 5,800 employees working in Customer Centers in 80+ countries all around the world.
