On behalf of one of our clients in Kista, we are currently looking for an Assistant Controller for a temporary assignment.

Publiceringsdatum2011-01-27Dina arbetsuppgifterAs an Assistant Controller you will support the Sales Organisation Controller with reporting and analysis. You are expected to ensure the integrity of information and publications from IT systems. Furthermore, you will participate in the establishment of internal controls and procedures to streamline the organisation.
Key Areas of responsibility:
• preparing, monitoring and consolidating monthly management reports
• handling ICS process controls and ICS champion
• supporting the Marketing and Cost Controller with reporting
• monitoring impact of currency development on business
• preparing, monitoring and consolidating budget plans and rolling forecast publications per country.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent and a minimum of three years experience as an Assistant or Junior Controller. We think you have a strong IT and Systems interest and excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel. Moreover, you are an experienced SAP R3 user and fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Business Warehouse is an advantage.
We want you to be analytical, structured and responsible. You are able to deal with strict deadlines and work under pressure. Furthermore, you are a proactive team player with a hand on approach and result focus.
