Assistant Asset Manager Nordic
What are my responsibilities?
You will be based in Sweden with interaction with colleagues across Region North and COFEA when appropriate. There will also be contacts with external Vendors and customers.
You will support the Asset Manager, Senior Asset Manager and Head of Asset Management to manage portfolios of assets and optimize end of lease through sales/remarketing of equipment and effectively negotiated lease extension periods. Support growth of the AM function within Region North. Administrate asset related transactions to agreed standards, i.e. early terminations, end of term and extensions. Build knowledge of the equipment Siemens finance and fully interpret lease contract types/contractual terms in order to assist asset managers in the management of the lease portfolio. Assist in managing a portfolio of equipment resellers through effective communication, documentation and engagement in order to ensure optimized channels of equipment disposal are maintained Under defined rules remarket equipment that has become available from early settlements, insolvency or end of lease. In conjunction with asset managers under defined rules, negotiate with lessees and leasing introducers on end of lease options in order to produce the most appropriate financial and business result while maintaining ongoing business relationships To comply with COFEA Asset Management policies, processes, guidelines and authorities
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Experience in a similar function, experience in leasing operations is of great interest. You have minimum finished the gymnasium, a higher education is a merit. Your customer service skills are excellent as well as your ability to prioritise your work. It is required that you have good communication skills and that you like working in a team, in an effective way. You manage English and Swedish fluently, both oral and written. You are a fine organiser and administrator and have a willingness to learn and suggest ideas for improvements. You have the ability to manage difficult situations in a fine way
