Job description
Our ambition is to become the leading energy solution provider in Europe and the no 1 fulfilment partner provider/supplier for depot charging solutions - supporting our customers on their electrification journey. In this work, sustainability and responsible innovation are essential parts.

The objective is to strengthen the commercial and operational capabilities within depot charging and enable a future where the sales of BEV (Battery Electrical Vehicles) will stand for 50% of the total new truck sales for Scania and expand/extend Scania's current business model.

As a new business/entity/unit we are established within the Ventures & New business unit within Scania which means we are able to fully utilize the experience and the tools within Ventures & New business to help us scale fast in an uncertain environment.

As our Assistant to the Depot Charging Solutions team, you will join our dynamic and rapidly expanding environment. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and well-organized individual to support the Head of Depot Charging Solutions and collaborate with our management team and stakeholders. In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin, proactively taking initiatives and devising creative solutions in an ever-evolving landscape.

Your responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments, prioritizing events and ensuring that the head of Charging is aware of all upcoming commitments
• Responsible to manage the travel arrangements, including flights and hotel booking, ground transportation as well as to ensuring all travel related documents are in order.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for Head of Charging, managing emails and other pendency and ensuring awareness of any important messages or requests.
• Responsible for coordinating and preparing meetings including scheduling meeting, preparing agendas and meeting materials and following up on any action items
• Admin support to the management team
• Participate in management meetings, summarize decisions and communicate information to the organisation.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for executive team member

Reports to the Head of Charging

We're looking for
• A highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful individual capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Demonstrates a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Embodies a service-oriented mindset, consistently going above and beyond to meet the needs of our executive team.
• Actively engages with colleagues across various teams, thriving in a cooperative work culture.
• Approaches tasks in a systematic and organized manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office Software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English
