The IP (Intellectual Property) Design 3 team, which is part of Digital ASIC and FPGA in Lund, has the assignment, in cooperation with Kista, to develop and verify Ericsson DPD (Digital Pre Distortion) IP for Digital Radio ASICs. The work consists of understanding and developing DPD algorithms, defining the implementation architecture, developing and implementing them in RTL, verifying them first on block and then on top level using the latest UVM and formal methodologies.
We are now looking into strengthening our team with one senior algorithm / system architect engineer. As part of algorithm evaluation and product verification hardware Lab test are required, competence in this area is therefore a plus.
This role reporst to the Line Manager of IP ASIC Design
You will
• Take ownership of the IP from an algorithm and architecture point of view
• Perform Continuous Integration and Requirement Handling
• Develop and Test High Quality Products
• Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support
• Apply Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes
• Support the development and verification of the DPD IP.
• Collecting requirement and create document
• Analyze the architecture and improve the developing
To be successful in the role you must have
• 6-8 years' experience in algorithm development, design or verification
• Algorithm and/or System Architecture experience
• The knowledge of DPD
• Experience of working with Matlab
• Good competence in VHDL and/or System Verilog
• Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• The proficient in written and spoken English.
