As our art director/graphic designer you will lead in creative development and help bring ideas to life. Your overall purpose is to support our brand positioning, corporate growth objectives and customer satisfaction. We also expect you to champion our brand values and brand guidelines across Ascom.
This is a permanent position based in our office in Gothenburg, reporting to the Head of Inhouse Marketing Agency located in the UK.
Responsibilities
Create concepts and design solutions against brief, that are innovative, compelling and on time.
Provide advice and guidance to internal customers and external design/creative agencies.
Work with regional marketing and in-house creative and digital teams to design innovative campaigns.
Pitch campaign concepts to our internal customers.
Integrate digital channels into every campaign.
Ensure that all creative outputs reinforce the Ascom brand and corporate visual identity (CVI).
Use design software to produce on/off-line designs including corporate literature, exhibition graphics, banner advertisements and emails.
Liaise with external photographers, illustrators, other suppliers and partners for specific design projects and campaigns.
Provide feedback to internal customers on campaign briefs to constantly improve the process from idea to execution.
Qualifications
Five years' experience in marketing/communications field.
Minimum five years design experience, with In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Experience working in either an in-house or external agency environment.
Understand the importance of brands and branding.
Further, we highly value if you have knowledge of html for email and animation for web.
