Area Sales Manager and International Business Developer
Sectra is an international medical technology and -IT company with operations in over 20 countries. Our customers are medically trained professionals all over the world. Right now we are looking to fill a combined role of area sales manager and business developer within our mammography division in Stockholm.
With increased awareness of breast cancer, mammography is a huge and rapidly growing market. Sectra has with its unique high-tech solution - based on research from KTH and CERN - the goal to become one of the worldwide leaders in this market. In this position you will assume a key role in taking our products to new markets and growing our business in existing ones.

Requirements A MSc/BA degree in Business and/or Engineering with excellent academic performance and grades. A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing and/or business development with consistently strong performance. Working knowledge of Swedish, fluent in English. Strong writing and oral communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within our small department and with local organizations in a matrix environment. Creativity AND strong organizational skills. Strong negotiation skills. PreferencesExperience from medical technology. International business experience including agreement law. Additional languages. Of origin other than Swedish. Main responsibilitiesDefine and meet objectives for sales, market share and profitability for your markets. Identify and follow up on business growth opportunities. Develop and execute market plans. The entire process of market development, from market studies and partner search to product roll out. This position reports to the VP Sales & Marketing at Sectra Mamea AB and includes international travel of 50-100 days annually.
