We are looking for a Scandinavian Customer Support Manager to our business line Health & Nutrion.

About the position

Customer service Health & Nutrion is now transforming into a Scandinavian Customer Service organization current location in Sweden (Linköping & Malmö), Denmark (Ahlborg) and Norway (Hamar) with approximately 10 employees. As Customer Service Manager your mission is to build, improve and maintain lasting relationships with profitable customers and delivering a high-quality customer service experience. You are responsible for organizing, motivating the customer service team, and managing incoming case volume. Another important task is to communicate customer behavioral trends to other departments within the organization.

You will be reporting to the Business Director H&N Scandinavia and be part of the Scandinavian H&N management team.

Your main work tasks are to:

• Coordinate the work of the customer service team across the Scandinavian organization.
• Develop and optimize processes, instructions, and way of working within the customer service team and towards other departments.
• Meeting the demand of response time and uphold best quality.
• Budget responsibility for the Customer Service H&N.
• Personnel responsibility including hire and train the customer service team, dealing with any personnel issues, setting goals, developing, and coaching the team.
• Drive continuously improvement and world class services.

Your profile


We are looking for someone with good leadership skills, a coaching approach, who sets the tone for a customer-focused environment. You establish good relationships with customers and employees and relates well to people at all levels. You have a genuine interest in both your own development as well as the development of others. You demonstrate an interest in and understanding of others and listen, consult, and communicate proactively. Goal orientation, taking initiatives, working under own direction comes natural to you.

To succeed in the job as Manager Customer Service, you have a higher education or equivalent work experience, documented experience as a leader within customer service or sales. It's a merit if you have experience from laboratory and/or working with improvements following the Lean philosophy.

You need to be native in one of the Scandinavian languages, and have proficient level in English - both written and spoken.
