hela Sverige Our current Nordic Controller & FP&A Manager, Kjetil Myhrer, has got a new position as a CFO outside SSP. We are now looking for his successor. If you are structured, independent and enjoy working with data analysis, you might be the one we are looking for.
What makes this role exciting?
In this role you will be given responsibility from the first day. You will be responsible for financial planning and reporting in the Nordic Region including systems and modelling. Reporting to the Nordic CFO you will be working across the whole Nordics placed at one of our Nordic country offices at Oslo, Arlanda, Helsinki or Copenhagen airports.
Overall role:
Assisting senior management and other stakeholders in setting good and timely targets (financial planning), keeping track with respect to performance (financial reporting) and develop and maintain systems and models to deliver financial planning and reporting in an efficient way.
Main responsibilities:
• Monthly flash and reported monthly results consolidation.
• Co-ordinating the planning processes (budgets, forecasts, MTP) in the Nordic country
• Delivery and maintenance of the regional unit database
• Country Management Reports (post SAP implementation)
• Accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting (regional)
• Planning model analysis and maintenance - ensuring that the model is up to date
• Development and maintenance of various reporting tools and models
• Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis of Nordic HO costs.
• Nordic consolidated reporting including Executive Committee Report
• Working closely with all countries in the region to collect and understand data and KPIs, and with the Group to understand and provide the data and information required
• Business partner to regional CFO, CEO and CCO as well as country MDs
• Support the development of BI reporting - support to ensure that the system meets reporting needs and that reports are effective and accurate.
• Recommend and support the development of improvements where necessary (including implementation and testing - working closely with IT)
Profile:
To succeed in this role we believe you have an MBA in Finance, Economic analysis or similar. You must have at least 3 years of relevant and diverse experience from business controlling, accounting and data analysis. Strong excel skills are required and you need the ability to quickly learn and adapt. You should have experience and ability to process and analyse large volumes of data. We will expect you to develop new analysis and tools to both help us analyse data in a better way and to use our data and systems to be more efficient and take better decisions.
If you also have the ability to lead internal processes, coordinating with other departments to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met, you will fit into this role. As a person you are structured and systematic, improvement oriented and with a high degree of resilience. Strong English and a native Scandinavian language.
