We are currently seeking an Application technician, specializing in POS, EP and EFT.
Publiceringsdatum2012-08-27Dina arbetsuppgifterAs an application technician (APPTECH) your main task will be - responsible for technical solutions for systems and application management services. This means coordination and supervision of various groups within the department, monitoring of operational status, monthly reporting, operational follow-up meetings and continuous exchange of information between government and the department.
The Application Operations includes the following five areas of responsibility:
• Project Management
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Application Technician (APPTECH)
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Specific skills required for the role as APPTECH
• experience in the operation and support area, preferably in larger IT organizations
• experience of ITIL processes Incident and Problem but also knowledge of the Change and Release
• experience of working in the support system for IT service management and workflow.
Experience we value
• experience in production launch of new systems / applications
• experience of EFT solutions
• experience with POS (Point Of Sale) systems
• experience of project / team leadership
• general knowledge of systems integration
• experience in retail industry.

The service is full time, Based in Stockholm.
