Your assignment:
As an application specialist at GCE your will be a part of the IT organisation, working closely with both IT and Finance. Your will be located in Malmoe, but your work place will be global, since GCE has affiliates al over the world.
Your task will be to act as a Project Manager for example integration of new organisations, go through with changes, improvement and other projects regarding M3. You will also work with processes and optimizing these for the different sites in the world.
Since GCE strive towards harmonization, you will also be responsible to see that M3 adjust to the harmonization. A part of your assignment will of course be supporting the organisation.
Working closely with the organization you will also be involved in educations and workshops.
The role requires travelling.
Education/experience:
We believe that you have a university degree in either Economics or IT. You have experience in Movex/M3 Finance. In the past it is likely that you have previously held a position as Controller or Project Manager.
To make it as a Project Manager within GCE requires an ability to work in a structured and perceptive way. Furthermore you need to be able to make people work together towards common goals as well as being a team player yourself. We think this is accomplished through characteristics such as strong communication skills, self drive and good analysis. In your role as a Project Manager you are also credible with the ability to influence.
As the corporate language is English it is a requirement that you are able to communicate in both written and oral English.
