We are looking for a skilled Application Expert who will improve the planning and monitoring tools we use in all H&M stores. In your role you will be responsible for further development of our solutions and support the users.

As Application Expert, your main task is to maintain and further develop the backend of our Performance Management Solutions. You will work closely with our business in order to ensure the functional requirements and also collaborate with Application Operations technicians for investigations and implementations of database and ETL related system changes. You will be part of a Stockholm based team working closely with suppliers as well as an offshore team based in India.

Your responsibilities
The job of an Application Expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun:
• Analysis of business requirements
• Design and implementation of new functions or integrations
• SQL and SSIS package development
• Troubleshooting and end-user support according to ITIL (3rd line)
• Version and release management

You have:
• Hands on experience of SQL Server development/integration
• Hands on experience of ETL using SSIS
• Relevant education/degree in IT
• Minimum 2 years' experience working with Business Intelligence, in projects and/or maintenance
• Experience working with Budget, Planning & follow up from an IT perspective
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
Good understanding of BI database architecture especially for multidimensional analytical process (MOLAP, ROLAP) and experience of working with distributed teams are creditable.
