Position description:

As a Perceived Quality - Attribute Leader Material you will secure the attribute deliveries in one or more car program. Included in the position is also to support designers and engineers to create solutions that fulfill our customer-driven requirements. As a base for setting requirements you will secure relevant benchmark data of other brands products and customer input. In this role you will also support the annual development of our attributes outside of car programs.
You are going to be part of a strong team that consists of both Attribute Leaders, Analysis Engineers and Visualization experts that together secure our deliveries.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and develop the attribute area within one or more car programs.
• Specify the attribute level (measurable requirements on Complete Vehicle level or System level) with regard to the desired degree of customer satisfaction and competitiveness (eg. secure material status regarding content and harmony incl grain, colour and gloss)
• Develop and document prerequisites regarding customer environment as a basis for attribute analysis, including taking part of customer research, legal requirements information, clinics.
• Plan and conduct competitive analysis as basis for attribute requirements.
• Participate in development of technical solutions and method development
• Communicate the attribute situation to program- and line management
• Verify that selected system solutions together have the ability to meet attribute requirement target levels at complete vehicle level.
• Analysis of project material regarding appearance in physical verification phase.
Required qualifications
• M.Sc degree in Engineering or similar work experience
• Good knowledge in Material Science and Colour Physics is meritorious
• Have full colour evaluation skills
• You have good English skills in writing and reading
• Experience in Project management will be an asset as well as knowledge within tooling and die construction
• Relevant Office and VCC software knowledge.
• B- driving license
• Good vehicle knowledge.
