hela Sverige CBRE Sweden AB is looking to find an Account for the AP and AR funktions, to work from the Swedish headoffice in central Stockholm. CBRE in Sweden currently has approximately 100 employees with offices located in the city centers of Stockholm and Gothenburg.

AP and AR accountant
Accounts Receivable
Invoicing
Debtor collection
Generation of data to Cashflow Forecasting
Responsible of updating the data to Pipelines if applicable
Maintenance of AR data ie currency exchange diffs etc.
Reconciliation of AR to Balance Sheet
Including Intercompany items
Accounts Payable
Whether entering all data to AP or overseeing this process done by Shared Service Center
Responsibility of correct coding (correct accounts & FU)
Making sure all invoices are entered within due time to workflow and processed within payment terms
Responsibility of bank approvals
Maintenance of AP data ie currency exchange diffs etc.
Reconciliation of AP to Balance Sheet
Including Intercompany items
Profile for AP and AR Accountant
Someone who likes routines and is not easily bored
The person needs to be very patient and used to working under preasure and deadlines
Diligent, meticulous
Ability to pay attention to details and isn't afraid to ask "why"
Exposure to international business and VAT regulations is a must
Can be young but preferably someone who already knows what (s)he wants from worklife (to avoid disappointments if the role isn't the most exciting one)
Considered as an asset if th person has worked with softwares such as SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
Also considered an asset if the candidate has basic bookkeeping / accounting skills so that during holiday or sick leaves this person could temp the Accountant
