We are seeking an Animator, to play a crucial role in tying together gameplay and storytelling through the use of character movement and is eager to join us in our drive to push quality to the next level for a AAA title.
Responsibilities:
As an Animator on the project, you will be responsible for the animation of player actions and their implementation in the game.
Work task examples:
Create high quality key-frame animations for player actions
Edit motion capture data to prepare for in-game integration
Partner with Sr. Animator to ensure all quality and implementation requirements are met
Skills We Look For:
Experience working as an animator in the games industry
Excellent understanding of the principles of animation such as weight and timing
Excellent skills in Maya, MotionBuilder or similar software
Passionate about video games and animation
Working with motion capture, recording and editing
Strong ability to deliver on time and to set realistic time estimates for own work
Motivated & committed - good team player with a can-do attitude
Knowledge of common practices and the understanding of industry trends
