Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Analysis Engineer to join our Sustaining & Product Development Services department at the Cochlear BAS headquarters located in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Reporting to the Manager Sustaining and Product Development Services this role works with the After market Team. This technical role is responsible for e.g. performing root cause analysis on devices in production and service and suggests changes for design improvement. In this permanent role you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history of innovation by applying your knowledge of test strategy and fault diagnostics with a good knowledge base within common manufacturing methods for electronics and in common measuring methods in the electronic field. You'll know you've been successful in this role when you've experienced that your input increases the quality of our products.

Key Requirements:
To be considered for this position you need minimum of 3-5 years experience of similar tasks
You possess excellent technical reporting skills and have a solid experience of test strategy and fault diagnostics
You stand on a good knowledge base within common manufacturing methods for electronics and also have knowledge in common measuring methods in the electronic field. Ability to handle measuring instruments is a distinct advantage as it is basic knowledge in mechanics
You have a university degree from a technical field and good writing and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
As a person you have an analytic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
You are a communicative team-player with a talent for working methodically and finding creative solutions
