What will your day look like?
You will be working at AstraZeneca at the department Pharmaceutical Technology & Development. This department possesses a high degree of expertise in pharmaceutical sciences and supply chain. AstraZeneca is an organization that is undergoing a number of exciting changes and now resides within another area which creates a unique possibility for you to develop within HR.
The role as HR Business Partner will contain many different aspects, for example participation in setting and executing goals against the strategic direction of the business area. You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary projects such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, people management, employee relations and change management. Other tasks will be co-working with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutions. You will also act as contact for HR policy issues and support managers in the application of policies.
You will be working with managers globally and will also be involved in the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions.
Who would enjoy working here?
With your extensive administrative skills and many years of experience from similar positions you will be the right person for this position. You have at least 2-5 years of experience from strategical HR and are used to work in a global environment and being a part of management group. Furthermore, you are used to analyzing and interpreting metrics when it comes to different types of data. With excellent English and Swedish skills, both spoken and written, and good IT skills you will succeed in this role.
We are looking for someone with the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions while working in a structured and organized way. You have strong networking and team working skills which contributes to finding your way to qualitative work. Relying on your high levels of energy, your enthusiasm to learn and your excellent communication skills you will have the prerequisites needed to join this high paced and effective global team.
About the employment
The position is a consulting assignment starting the 3rd of October. As a consultant you will be employed by Adecco Sweden. The assignment will proceed until the 30th of June 2017.
