Job description
Perform a wide variety of administrative duties of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. The following responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Answer and route telephone calls, transmitting decisions and instructions and answering inquiries to help MD in the resolution of routine matters. Receive and assist visitors, recommending other contacts for them, as appropriate.
Organise travel arrangements, meetings and conferences. Arrange facilities, transportation, lodging and special activities.
Maintain MD's calendar, exercising judgment and tact in coordinating meetings and making appointments for internal and external personnel. Prioritise mail, highlighting and attaching relevant information. Prepare expense reports for review and signature. Coordinate with other management and external personnel to obtain, assemble, format, and distribute information necessary for standard and special requests.
Exercise discretion and judgment to perform varied administrative duties that may present complex problems. Independently set priorities for completion of varied administrative and project-oriented duties typically involving highly confidential business and personnel information. Requires strong communication skills to effectively interface and coordinate activities involving Company executives and customers.
As the site secretary you will also be responsible for reception at our head office in Norrköping and you will be based there.

Education:
Gymnasium education
Experience
Minimum 2 years previous experience of being a personal assistant to a senior manager in an engineering/technical company
Skills
You have knowledge about SAP and the Microsoft office package (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point). You have very good organisational, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are accurate, proactive and should be good at prioritising. You should be able to work under pressure and be fluent in English (French is an advantage).
