In Swedbank Försäkring you have the opportunity to:
• Make an impact and create great value for our customers
• Take the lead of a highly skilled agile team working on the Pega platform
• Be involved in the development process from start to finish and ensure agreed activities are delivered
• Be responsible for maximizing value of an investment opportunity and the work of the agile team
• In close cooperation with the team, stakeholders and the Chief Product Owner manage the expectations on deliveries
• Prioritize, manage a backlog and coordinate dependencies with other teams
• As a service owner, take full lifecycle responsibility for both new and already implemented applications
• Ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategies and Service Management processes
What is needed in this role:
• Proven strong leadership and communicational skills
• Good understanding of software development and maintenance
• A problem solver with a can-do-attitude who gets motivated by new responsibilities
• Ability to engage and inspire other people
• Interest in learning how to use the PEGA tool/platform in the best way for creating business value
• You are open and adaptable to change and have the courage to, in times of change, show others the way
• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues
• Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• You have preferable an academic degree in an appropriate discipline
• Experience from Project management, Product development or equal could be valuable
• Good business understanding from insurance field is a plus
• ..and previous experience from PEGA is of course beneficial
