About the job As APO you will be responsible for the requirements in your backlog and for maximizing the value of the work of the cross functional team. You will collect requirements from different stakeholders and prioritize them in the backlog - find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle, regulatory items, etc.
You will responsible for:
Secure delivery of appropriate, secure reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards
Ensure IT services are aligned with the Swedbanks future vision
Define and communicate the product vision and articulate the backlog items
Prioritize and manage the backlog
Coordinate dependencies with other teams inside and outside of Group IT
Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries
Ensure problem, incident and crisis management
In the role as APO you are part of a cross-functional team where the team is responsible to deliver a service. You will in addition be part of the management team of Development Platforms together with ten APO colleagues and seven team managers.
About the position
The integration area is becoming more and more important to the bank. If you want to influence and build up best-in-class service, then this is the right position for you.
Integration platform is a set of tools which integrates different applications and services. With the growing complexity of Swedbanks service offerings this is becoming increasingly important. This team will be responsible for the integration tools including Sterling Integrator, Batch Platform and Message Broker. The team will be responsible for today's execution as well as supporting the future architecture and ways-of-working.
What you need to succeed Extensive knowledge of the technical area/service and good business understanding of the area
Customer centric view and the ability to prioritize and make decisions in the interest of Swedbank, meaning to keep balance between short-term and long-term needs
Ability to communicate the product vision
Good stakeholder management skills
Good cooperation skills and willingness to find solutions across organizational boarders
Excellent communication skills and proficient in oral and written English
Self-driven with a gives and takes responsibility mindset
You are embracing change and are excited to join our Agile journey
University degree in economics, engineering or science
What you may have worked with previously Senior Infrastructure or Software Engineer
