In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Join the exciting journey of our Financial Risk Value Stream that is responsible for strategic development and maintenance of Swedbank 's Market and Counterparty Risk solutions.
• Build strong risk competence and take a key part of improving and refining our tools and methods to continuously comply with internal needs and regulatory requirements.
• Own service portfolio under your area of responsibility;
• Prioritize, align and coordinate activities together with stakeholders and dependent teams;
• Manage product development backlog and roadmap;
• Act as a team player in the cross-functional team and constantly improve the way of working;
What is needed in this role:
• Great leadership skills with team player mindset;
• Self-drive and pro-active;
• Analytical, structured, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Financial Risk (or Market Risk specifically) is an advantage
• Interest or understanding of relevant regulations for financial risk (typically Basel framework & CRR regulation) is beneficial
• Some technical experience in working with databases and SQL is an advantage
• Some knowledge of programming in Python (or equivalent) and working in Linux is an advantage
• University degree in Financial Mathematics, Industrial engineering, Computer Science, Physics and Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
• Expertise in time, dependency and cross area activities management;
• Ability to effectively manage expectations and conflicting needs of stakeholders;
• Ability to define and maintain product vision and backlog understanding business value related to functions and features;
• Readiness for collaboration keeping the bank as a whole in mind;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Understanding of agile methodology and development principles;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
Technical knowledge about software development is considered as a plus
