TASKS
We are looking for an agile PMO to enable our Product & development organization to work even more effectively together. You will help drive the product development teams from early conception through mature operation.
In this role you will coordinate development and roll-out of our software platform. You will make sure that our projects deliver successfully, helping to keep projects on track and alert when scheduling, budget and other scope issues are threatening to derail the project.
Since we are firm believers of the whole agile paradigm, we expect you to have experience working in agile environments and that you can help developing the organisation's agile practices.
You you will be based in Invidi's hub in Stockholm, coordinating development in a truly global environment, sometimes with teams as well as product owners on both sides of the Atlantic ocean.
PMO responsibilities
• Supporting the R&D teams in their feature delivery and continuously improving their Agile implementation
• Drive cross-team collaboration and dependency coordination
• Support product in driving roadmap processes and facilitate rolling planning session with the teams
• Track progress against committed initiatives
• Help remove impediments and make sure the teams always have the information they need to carry out the work
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Ensure all internal stakeholders are kept fully informed on initiative status and progress
• Act as contact person for development initiatives and general questions
• Distribute development Initiative Status regularly
• Manage high-profile projects
• Creating and maintaining program tracker, tracking all deliverables, dependencies and risks
• Manage all deliverables through to completion
YOUR PROFILE
We like to work with great engineers who are skillful but always open to learn new things, and who value working in a team to achieve a common goal. We would like you to have amazing communication and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Excellent English - spoken as well as written
• 3+ years experience managing projects, preferably in software development
• Well versed in agile software development practices
• Solid interpersonal skills and able to effectively organize and communicate with cross functional teams.
