One of the doers we are looking for is a solution-oriented Agile Delivery Manager with high social and diplomatic skills, and a genuine interest in people and team dynamics. You are a diverse project manager with the ability to handle a variety of different projects, team constellations and competences, and you ensure effective and high-quality deliveries with a positive approach and team spirit. You work in cross-functional teams and are based in our brand-new office at Regeringsgatan, in the heart of Stockholm.
Job Summary
As an Agile Delivery Manager at CODE, you play a vital part in making sure our project teams follow our ways of working. Together with our Lead Delivery Manager, you refine and develop our agile processes and help facilitate cooperation between developers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Your responsibilities
• Creating a healthy and productive team environment
• Ensuring a successful software product delivery by supporting the team and creating necessary conditions
• Working closely with product managers in facilitating agile processes
• Promoting ways of working and agile tools in our day-to-day work
• Ensuring efficient deliveries in software projects; interfacing developers, product owners and designers
• Refining and developing ways of working for cross-functional teams
• Continuously exploring and proposing new ways to improve processes and ways of working for the delivery management discipline
Your skills and qualifications
You have a Bachelors' or higher in Communications, Media, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent knowledge gained from working. Since we act on a global scale, you have fluent skills in both written and verbal English. Other required skills and qualifications are:
• Proven experience from project management and agile methods in both software development and other types of projects
• Strong ability to enable interfacing between tech and non-tech staff to effectively communicate and convey information
• Excellent social and communication skills and experience from interacting with non-technical stakeholders
• Cooperation skills across cultural and geographical borders
• A high level of structure and thoroughness in your daily work
• Being comfortable with ambiguity and flexibility
