Within Industrial Base Performance inside the Supply Chain Operations organization (SCO IBP) we have started our journey to create a focused, engaging and agile way of working to deliver robust solution faster. We are now looking for an Agile Coach with an interest in Portfolio Management.

You will work with the Agile teams focusing on getting results done. In collaboration with Product Owners, Programme Managers and the Portfolio Manager optimize the total portfolio output and maximize the value driven results.

In the role as Agile Coach you will proactively facilitate the agile transformation journey and support the organisation with project backlog analysis and prioritizations.

The position is based in Lund and requires approximately 15%-20% of traveling time

Main responsibilities

• Coach Product Owners, Agile Team Leaders and Stakeholders in agile ways of working
• Analyse and propose prioritizations within the total portfolio and resource allocation
• Facilitate the transformation towards an Agile organization with relevant trainings, communications and events
• Drive workshops, build Agile knowledge and skills
• Manage the SCO IBP Agile Network of Product Owners and Agile Team Leaders
• Share and capture learnings outside SCO IBP, with other agile professionals
• Report and communicate progress to management and stakeholders

Qualifications

We are looking for a person that has a strong drive and commitment to meet complex challenges. You are a "people person" with excellent communication skills that helps you create passion & engagement.

You are experienced in coaching and facilitating people and teams to achieve results. Building networks in order to understand and solve obstacles comes natural to you. Since you will be acting in a context with many different perspectives you are good at driving change and efficient communication with various stakeholders. We believe you have a deep interest in agile transition, change management and portfolio management.

The successful candidate has a University education and 5-7 years of proven experience with Agile Coaching. Special attention will be paid to candidates with line management or other leadership roles driving change activities.

You have excellent command of both written and verbal English.
