Aftersales Technical trainings Program manager/Global Trainer WLO
Job Summary:
With our aim to secure our customers success through competence development we are looking for a Program manager/Global Trainer responsible to develop technical training material for Volvo CEs Wheel loader portfolio and to globally educate our regional trainers. To perform trainings on demand from our sales regions is also a task for this assignment. This position will be located in Eskilstuna and the department consists of about 10 colleagues.
Main job responsibilities:
• Responsible for development and maintenance of technical training material for Volvo CEs wheel loaders current and future products.
• Perform technical trainings globally to the global regions technical trainers, product specialists and mechanics.

Who you are?
We are looking for you with an interest in development of technical training material and to perform technical trainings globally at all Volvo CEs training centers and dealers.
Requirements:
To be successful in the role you have:
Mandatory
• Excellent technical understanding.
• Product knowledge of assigned products is preferred.
• Practical experience and interest from working with vehicles.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Show respect and acceptance for other cultures.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Pedagogical orientation.
• Good adaptability and willingness to work independently and in group.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 35 % of working time.
Qualifying:
• Skills in Swedish and other languages.
• Detailed technical knowledge of heavy machinery.
