Aftersales Manager, Central East Africa, MEENA
Aftersales Manager is responsible for driving, guiding and enabling the development and growth of Volvo Trucks aftersales business, spare parts sales and profitability across Market Central East Africa by using the full range of aftersales products.
Market Central East Africa covers the following countries; East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda), Ethiopia and Djibouti, Sub Sahara (Ghana and neighbouring countries), and Angola.
This position will report to the Market Director, Central East Africa - MEENA.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Managing the spare parts sales of CEA in line with agreed targets and budgets
• Plan and implement activities for achieving spare parts sales and gross profit targets for CEA
• Actively driving full service sales offer - parts and service sales and profitability including volume, mix and margin, adapting offer and sales arguments to each country's environment
• Creating the annual sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle spare parts sales, gross and operating profits
• Collecting vehicle population data, creating parts and labor penetration and market share statistics
• Translating VTI strategies to adjust key focus areas for markets' requirements
• Develop our parts and service offers together with central functions
• Manage and coordinate parts availability and improve parts logistics activities

Qualifications:
In this position we are looking for someone who has the ability to work on own initiative and with proven problem solving skills. You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders with a highly flexible approach. Your communication and presentation skills are strong and also your technical skills and knowledge. We want an effective and supportive Team Player who is willing to accept, discuss and embrace feedback.
• Excellent understanding of services/part sales/total offer of Volvo Trucks products
• Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and business analysis
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, additional laguage skills preferably in French, is considered a merit
• Result oriented, self-motivating and lateral thinking
• Customer and result orientated, ability to focus and prioritize tasks
