Husqvarna Construction Aftermarket & Connectivity is growing and we are now looking for an Aftermarket System Specialist.
As the Aftermarket System Specialist, you will be our specialist, product owner and superuser in the key aftermarket systems at Husqvarna Construction.
Who are we?
Our department is an important part of the future strategy of Husqvarna Construction. We are responsible for the development and business strategy for Parts & Accessories, Warranty, Service Contracts, Services and Connectivity. Aftermarket a large contributor to the financial result today, but will make an even bigger impact in the future.
Within Husqvarna Construction aftermarket, we have a large service footprint, with a combination of Husqvarna owned workshops (Service Centers), Dealers and External Service Providers.
The system portfolio covers capabilities to handle work orders, service contracts and follow up but also key base functionalities as warranty and product registration. The data from the systems are key enablers to understand the business and to increase sales and profitability of everything from workshop efficiency to service contracts.
The role
As our specialist, you will own, manage and support the key aftermarket systems and reporting at Husqvarna Construction. You will collect demands from stakeholders, drive development and be responsible for the system strategy, backlog and roll-out. You will also be the support for the users.
The role is a great opportunity to influence the future of Husqvarna Construction, with lots of own responsibility for the development, yet supported by the experience of the existing stakeholders.
Who are you
You have experience from earlier assignments as superuser or product owner in an agile environment.
You have collected system change requests and handled and prioritized a product backlog.
You have handled incoming requests in a structured manner
You have worked in Power BI or similar reporting tools and are proficient in Microsoft Excel
If you have experience from Aftermarket it's beneficial

Planning and structure skills, as well as a ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Able to work autonomously
Fast learner of new systems and software
Motivated by continuous development
Strong problem solving skills with an analytical mind
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a merit.
