For our customer in Eskilstuna we are now looking for an aftermarket coordinator
The assignment which is fulltime, is expected to start late in February and last until the end of August.
This division covers the whole aftermarket scope from the very beginning of the life of a part, existing or new, until the part is on shelf worldwide and the information about the part is available in all systems for our customers and dealers also worldwide.

• Drive the divisions Aftermarket Team and aftermarket forum
• Be the aftermarket participant in the industrialization team driven by the Operations coordinator
• Together with the division Aftermarket Team secure the update of aftermarket products linked to a process according to agreed time lines
• Actively participate in the continuous development of the aftermarket division process and tools
Main responsibilities:
• Participate and drive division issues in the Aftermarket Global division Forum
• Follow-up and report deviations to Operations/Technology and functions
• Secure and drive aftermarket division team in defining the aftermarket requirements and deliver to Operations/Technology
• Ensure that the division Team has reviewed each process and decided deliverables
• Facilitate information transfer to/from Operations/Technology and across aftermarket process
• Communicate On Hold issues/improvements (to Product Maintenance) raised from department within aftermarket process and update the Global division with status and additional process information needed
• Manage Performance Indicators for aftermarket
• Together with the aftermarket division team take decisions in order to fulfill and secure the aftermarket deliverables and targets
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We want you to have a relevant degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience.
You are a team player and have a good business mind-set. You have a strong goal orientation and focus on result. You think pro-active and have good problem solving skills.
We want you to have proven leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills. Good technical knowledge and good English is a must
