We are looking for a After Sales Specialist - Consumer Outdoor Products who wants to develop in an international company with businesses in many countries.
Key operational responsibilities
Focus for the recruitment is advanced follow up on quality and functionality on sold products as well as initiation on improvement of the overall product quality. You make sure that our products meet and succeed customers demand on functionality and initiate product improvement projects.
You are also responsible to create, together with other support functions, service support material and spareparts. The support of customer events and fairs is also included.
Competencies needed
Most likely you have a University Degree in Engineering or similar.
You have advanced skills in technical communication in both English and Swedish. Your daily contacts will be with our factories in USA, China and Italy. You will also have contacts with our sales companies around the world. It is important that you as a person easily can communicate with other people and have an open mindset. Chinese language skills are an advantage. Other important characteristics are structured and accurate working and that you have the ability to organize your work individual.

Location
The position is based in Huskvarna and you will report to the Category Manager.
