Your assignment is to manage the After Sales department in the most efficient way in order to maximize both customer satisfaction and profitability. You will have economic and technical responsibility for R&D, service and after sales globally. The role is both strategical and operational, with an aim to develop the organization. You will manage 12 employees and you are a member of the management team and reports to the CEO.
Main Tasks
• Responsible for the technical development in close collaboration with subcontractors and clients.
• Responsible for sales of spare parts.
• Responsible for supply chain management.
• Responsible for warranty, claims, technical information, after sales and support.
• Responsible for continuous improvements of quality and processes.
• Be involved in purchase and subcontractor negotiation.
• Manage and develop your employees.
• Be a professional and business minded member of the management team.
Qualifications
We believe that you have experience of a similar role for a minimum of five years. You have a keen interest in technology. You are a mature leader who has the ability to motivate, enthuse your co-workers while you on the same time are empathic and professional. You like to work both strategically and operationally with an ability to understand the developmental needs for driving the business forward. You are used to work with guidelines and processes. You are analytical with good IT skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint. You speak Swedish and English fluent. It is meritorious if you have experience from the marine sector and/or similar products.
