Join the Nordex team as an After Sales Account Manager for the Nordic Region and be a part of a company that is committed to sustaining the future of our planet and fighting climate change. As a key player in our team, you will have the opportunity to commercialise upgrades and value-added services for our customers in addition to Spare parts sales responsibilities. We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual who can take the lead in developing After-market sales strategies and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a key member of the Customer management team in the Service department for Nordex in the Nordic region and will work alongside the Service Account managers in that team, ensuring that we deliver a consistent and high-quality customer Service to all our business partners.
YOUR TASKS
You will work closely with our internal teams to coordinate upgrades and value-added services, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating technical feasibility studies, strategic decision proposals and benchmarking.
Explore opportunities to commercialise upgrades and modernization's, subscription-based services, and tailor-made solutions for customers.
Responsible for tracking and follow-up on opportunities and potentials.
Initiate the technical discussions on Upgrades and lead the commercial discussions
In addition, you will support the integration and updating of our sales tracking internal tools, ensuring that our team has the resources they need to succeed.
Be part of the continuous improvement initiatives focusing on Customer management excellence
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in Engineering or Business Economics
A technical background and be able to understand complex technical concepts and systems is an advantage
Good communication skills and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in technical sales or project/business development, preferably in the energy sector.
Be able to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with customers.
Structured work approach and problem solving skills
Fluent in English, additional language skills in German, Spanish or Nordic languages would be an advantage.
strong computer skills and be proficient in using MS Office, SAP, and in-house systems.
Self-driven, focused and pragmatic with demonstrated ability to bring topics to success in a complex environment.
Ready to travel when needed, including nights away from home.
