hela Sverige Modis Life Science is now looking for an Affiliate Supply Coordinator for a 12 month assignment to a Pharmaceutical company in Solna.
The role is a broad supply chain management role, with emphasis on demand planning and supply planning. If you are interested in the field, would like to work at a global pharmaceutical company, and feel you have the right attitude and relevant experience, send your CV (in English) and application as soon as possible. This is a full time assignment that is planned to start May15th.
A successful candidate probably has 1-2 years of work experience, fulfills the criterias below and would be someone that potentially can be recruited to the customer after 12 months. Candidates with less experience will be evaluated if the personal values and skills matches the below requirements.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Demand and Supply Planning for a selection of the Janssen Human Pharma portfolio
• Manages or coordinates with latest market Intelligence and Business units the monthly demand forecast process (SAP, APO), including master data creation and scenario planning for narcotics and other established brands (mature portfolio). Responsible planner for approximately 90 SKUs.
• Closely monitors actual vs. Sales Forecast, and follows-up production execution with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinates with local health authorities import/export licenses for the Narcotic flow, and for calculating the yearly quotas that will be requested to the health authorities.
• Does the liaison with Reg. Affairs department for artwork changes, places the repackaging in relation with Regulatory and Graphic Services. Make sure production of products with new artwork takes place within Health Authority deadlines or Janssen own limits.
• Manages and controls inventory management and replenishment of the different Nordic warehouses.
• Initiates destruction of products that has expired or whose artworks mean they have to be either repacked or scrapped.
• Support local Customer Service on issues related to end-customer logistic complaints & returns and product shortage. Ensures adequate escalation for critical issue management.
• Guarantees adequate sales cut-off procedures as agreed in the SLA
• Proactively alerts about any required escalation or potential supply chain disruption and follows-up and potential corrective actions
• Monitors KPI & SLA for his/her product portfolio, proposing and following corrective action plans
Possible administrative tasks:
• Responsible for coordinating the common Nordic Supply Chain Mailbox and forwarding of e-mails to concerned people
• Responsible for monitoring, coordinating and communicating the daily backorders
• Responsible for running and distributing the Nordic Priority Report
• Compiling reports and providing it to other team members

* Tech Skills: Demand and Supply Planning is very beneficial, in depth Excel knowledge is very beneficial, SAP knowledge is meriting, Supply Chain experience is beneficial, good English level in orally and written is required. Experience from other planning tools is nice to have.
