Job description:
1. Commercial real estate projects development strategic planning
2. Market research and analysis about locations in different cities and districts for real estate project
3. SWOT analysis
4. Business negotiation with owner of the real estate
5. Find a right partner and control the contract with partners
Requirements:
This position needs working experiences in commercial real estate industry. You should have related education or training about commercial real estate.
Experience about managing real estate project will be prioritized.
We need someone to develop markets in both China and Sweden. Therefore it requires a lot travel and you should be good at managing you time. It will be the best that you can speak fluent Chinese.
