Jeppesen Gothenburg is looking for an Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant's role entails preparing and recording (in English) various weekly meetings, and serve as a general support for our business department and its management, with examples of tasks being handling the Manager's time- and expense reports, updating calendars, creating and updating organizational charts, booking meetings etc. The role also entails coordination and arrangement of travels and organisation of meetings, conferences, and sometimes other events (both staff and customer-related ). The position also work as a back up for the receptionists and experience in the field is desired.
The successful candidate has experience in working as an assistant to a Director / Manager of an international company. This experience has given the ability to make decisions in routine cases but also the ability to determine when the matter should be handled by the Manager. Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written is essential. It is also an advantage with experience in working with Visio and confluence.
Desired personality traits are positivism, service mindness and flexibility. We are also looking for a person that is self-sustaining, enterprising and responsive. Who likes to communicate by telephone and e-mail and who will understand the relationship between quality service and customer satisfaction.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Facilities Operations, and is included in the Facility group.
