Adecco is currently hiring for Administrative specialist & coordinator to a global company in Kista!

About the role
The role has a wide scope and allows you to create an extensive network with multiple stakeholders, both in Sweden as well as internationally. You will work in close collaboration with managers and leadership teams supporting the daily rhythm if the business and govern business revenue streams. You will be working with adhoc initiatives in balance with a set of recurring scope that you run on a regular basis.

In the role of Administrative specialist & coordinator the main tasks will include:
• Support segment lead and business manager with day to day activities, as well as being point of contact for the segment lead.
• Be part of the Segment leadership team and manage a wide variety of tasks aligned to business needs and the daily operations.
• Manage a business-critical internal revenue stream. You will be responsible for process improvement, planning, forecasting and execution.
• Manage a set of monthly revenue and KPI checks.
• Arrange and coordinate all internal and external segment events and activities.
• Manage onboarding of new hires
• Orchestrate and manage invoice collection process and own dialogue with suppliers.

About you
We are looking for a communicative candidate with admin and coordination skills. Interested in learning and understanding overall business. Have interest to grow and develop in role.
Furthermore, we see that you have ability to multi-task, a can-do attitude and attention to details.

Important for the role:
• University bachelor 's degree
• Fluent in English
• Admin skills.

We will attribute great importance to personal suitability.

About the employment
For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant by Adecco. The assignment will start immediately and initially run until 30.06.2019.
