Job description
Perido is looking for an Administrative Office for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their office inStockholm.
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. You will (among other things):
• Responsible for the weekly Senior Management Team Meetings, including coordination and preparation of documents, minute-taking and follow-up of decisions
• Drafting information notes for ECDC?s Advisory Forum and Management Board; drafting Flash Reports summarising key indicators/key points from Management Board meetings
• Coordinate Declarations of Interest for members of Management Board and Advisory Forum, as well as ECDC experts
• Drafting policy papers and similar documentation
To be successful in this role you need organisational and administrative skills as well as a good sense of confidentiality and discretion. You have the ability to work under pressure and have experience in organising and prioritising work accordingly. Furthermore we believe that you enjoy building relationships and communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources. Required qualifications
• Experience in giving support to high and upper management
• Well-developed sense of diplomacy, tact, discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people of all levels in an organisation
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently and ability to take initiative
• Excellent editing and drafting skills as well as ability to quickly get an understanding of technical documents (i.e. concerning operational content)
Contract type and hours
Full time. Start in January, end date March 31 with possible extension (12 months).
