Arbetsuppgifter
Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for administrative tasks? Do you thrive in a flexible and dynamic work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Assistant for administrative tasks. In this role, you will be an integral part of our leadership team and play a key role in working across multiple areas within our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the leadership team in Karlstad
• Assist with communication tasks, including newsletters and attending leadership team meetings
• Aid in cross-team collaboration and support
• Administer onboarding processes for new employees, including handling eForms, ordering computers and equipment, managing access and subscriptions, and ID card processing etc.
• Manage purchase orders and goods receiving, including phone and computer accessories, catering, books, flowers, and more
• Maintain email distribution lists and assist with web editing and documentation access
• Develop a strong understanding of and proficiency in administrative system tools
• Assist with facility planning, including sending seating reports and coordinating moves
• Effectively distribute information via email to various target groups, such as the leadership team, managers, employees, and external workforce

Requirements:
• High energy and drive, with the ability to take on tasks independently and show initiative
• Solid working experience in a similar role or service-oriented environment
• Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, as there will be frequent communication with our global team
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of procurement processes
