Responsibilities:
Daily administration duties including invoicing, payments and dealing with financial documentation.
Cost controlling and cooperation with the accountants.
Supporting company clients with information over the phone
Supporting the sales team by arranging sales meetings
and preforming some sales over the phone.
Supporting the sales team with necessary administration duties
Reporting to CEO/ Sales and Marketing Director in Sweden
Taking part in marketing events of the company
Requirements:
Education / knowledge of daily office administration duties.
Experience in issuing invoices and basic accountancy processes
Experience working with sales team and CRM systems
Experience working with daily office administration
High level of telephone skills
Willingness to learn new competences
Proactive approach and business oriented personality
Able to work under the pressure of time and situation
English fluent, other Nordic language is an additional advantage
Microsoft office skills, working in Visma system is an additional advantage.
