hela Sverige We are looking for a Project Manager to be recruited by a customer for six months.
You will provide assistance both to the Programme Director and each Project Manager / Workstream Lead in helping to maintain and environment and a framework within which projects can be defined, managed and completed in a consistent and professional manner.
Publiceringsdatum2008-06-12ArbetsuppgifterYou will create and maintain the overall programme plan on behalf of the Programme Office and assist Project Managers in creating and maintaining project plans ensuring project documentation is in place for all projects and provide central support for managing dependencies, assumptions, risks and issues. Actively manage the change control process.
Organise Programme Forum meetings including preparation of packs, consolidate status reports into the overall Programme Progress report and be the Custodian of the central directory which contains all project documentation.
Attend all Project Meetings Forum meetings and take minutes. Chase up actions from these meetings.
Support the facilitation of workshops including documentation and where appropriate process modeling.
Provide general admin support for the projects teams including room bookings, travel arrangements, invoice processing and payment.
Indirect Management: This job does not have subordinate company employees, however, job is responsible for indirect management such as a vendor management.
Experience providing programme office support for complex change programmes within an integration and change management environment and e-commerce.
ErfarenhetMin. Education required:
• Excellent skills in MS Office, MS Project, MS Outlook, and Visio.
Min. Experience required:
• Experience in supporting delivery of business change projects, particularly change due to new technology, systems and process introduction.
• Understanding of produce and manage to a very high standards all project lifecycle documentation.
• Able to communicate with all levels of business with high degree of diplomacy.
• Ability to communicate across functional workstreams and manage receipt of deliverables.
• Able to clearly communicate problems and creatively identify alternative solutions.
Desirable
• Experience working with functionally and culturally diverse teams across time zones.
• Experience in travel industry and/or in product management or operational role.
• Experience working with outsourcing partners and third party service providers.
Licensure/certification required:
• PRINCE 2 or similar project management discipline; MS Project.
Skills required (if applicable):
• Min of 5 years programme office support activities for mid- to large-scale projects in a business / change environment with technology development dependencies.
• Experience gained in working with standard, industry recognised Project Management tools and methodologies e.g. PRINCE 2; MS Project.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
