Accounts Receivable Department Coordinator

6 month contract with international FMCG Company

Our client is in the process of transferring their accounts receivable function offshore and require a skilled coordinator that will ensure the smooth transfer of the AR function. Following a pre-determined action-plan for the transfer; working with internal business teams and having regular contact with the UK.

Aside from coordinating this transfer, your primary work tasks will involve;

• Scorecarding
• Weekly Run to Target reporting– analysing the weekly status of accounts
• Managing the creation of debit/credit Memos within claims and customer agreements in SAP
• De-tangling process work and designing a new process-  with a specific focus on claims and Internal Controls
• Facilitating cash sessions: engaging with the customer account managers and planning actions 

Profile:

Relevant education within accounting or finance

At least 3 years’ experience in an accounts receivable related role

A good eye for processes and seeing where changes and improvements can be made

An ability to lead others, coordinate process changes and get multiple stakeholders to pull in the same direction.

English, this role is 100% English

Experienced in SAP and advanced excel skills.
