Over the last several years, IntraPhone AB has become the market leader in Sweden for time- and activity registration for home care workers. Our "Software As A Service" solution is sold to communities and private enterprises all over Sweden, in close co-operation with our strategic (IT) partners.
We are looking to strengthen our small (about 8 staff, plus 5 developers) team in Malmö with an experienced, result-driven
ACCOUNTMANAGER IT/CARE
This sales professional will be our first dedicated commercial staff member in Sweden and can therefore make a big difference to the company. He/she will report directly to the Swedish CEO, but will also be in contact with the CEO of IntraPhone International (based in Amsterdam) who takes a personal interest in the commercial development of the company. For that reason, we are looking for someone who is fluent in both Swedish and English (or Dutch!).
Our customers are communities all over Sweden, private organisations providing home care (or handicapped care) services, and leading IT companies. So candidates will have to have a rather special set of skills and characteristics:
• Proven track record in sales of software/services/projects
• Experience with procurement procedures of communities
• Experience selling into the (home) care environment is a big bonus
• Capable of negotiating with large (IT) organisations
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively
• Generating profitable revenue is the key responsibility, but must also be willing to help a colleague out of trouble: team player!
Our small, but very dedicated, team will support you with the operational side of the business. We can offer you lots of knowledge and hands-on experience with the home care environment. And without being too modest: our application is the best in the business! That's how we managed to become market leader without a dedicated sales organisation....
As a small company, we will have to be smart about using our resources. And a good salesperson should "earn his/her own salary", so we'll put a heavy emphasis on rewarding sales result.
