Aurobay is looking for an Accounting Manager. We are now seeking a curious, communicative, and quality driven person to join our financial team as being the key player to build and develop the finance functions. You have experience in driving change and be active in identifying risks & opportunities and securing financial performance.

What will you do?
In your role you'll work with coordinate, oversee, evaluate, develop, and manage inhouse or outsourced accounting teams which means that it is important that you already have high level of efficiency and accuracy. The role also includes to oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes accounting and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, year-end reports, and annual audits are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare, review, analyze and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate and provide accounting guidance to company's financial transactions to ensure they comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policy.
• Develop, recommend, and improve company's financial and accounting policies, workflows, and methods after consultations with head of finance and implement financial procedures / reporting systems and initiate corrective actions as required.
• Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance and accounting profession.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and other related duties as necessary or requested.
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with around eight years or more of related experience is required.
• MBA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or other accounting certification is preferred.
• Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of accounting and management principles
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
