To be able to meet coming challenges and also changing of rules in the areas of VAT handling we need to strengthen the accounting department in this area. We are currently recruiting an accountant
within VAT reporting to the Nordic Accounting team. The position is based in Johanneshov.
Responsibilities
As the position holder your main task will be follow up, analyse and perform regular check on VAT declarations and on Intrastat- and Quarterly reports. As Nynas has several VAT registrations in Europe
the main focus will be on the registrations that we have outside Sweden. Except VAT you will also be partly responsible for closing the books in month- and year-end for the corporate functions in
Nynas AB. Other tasks in this role are to assist in the work with investment follow up and manage the fixed assets in Nynas AB.
Background
Your educational background is at least a high school degree. Further the successful candidate needs to have a couple of years experience from work with VAT and accounting in an international company.
You need to have a general interest in figures and analyses. You also need to be good in express your self in both writing and spoken in English and Swedish. Well-developed skills in Excel are
favourable. Experience from being responsible or taking a great part of monthly- and year-end process is also required. Experience from JD Edwards or other large ERP system is meriting.
