Finance Service Centre Sweden and the Purchase to Pay Finance / Travel Expenses handling team supporting Processing, MA Nordic and AB Tetra Pak is looking for a finance Accountant to join the team.
Within the newly started Finance Service Centre in Lund we are approximately 65 persons in total with the responsibility of overall finance and accounting related services for 16 legal entities in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. We have 2 teams handling the Purchase to Pay and Travel Expenses handling together with our outsourcing partner in China.
The role for the PtP / T&E teams is to drive, coordinate and secure the full Accounts Payable process for the legal entities in scope.
Main stakeholders at our client companies are purchase requesters, purchasers, supplier management, travellers, cost centre responsible and controllers. Main responsibilities
• Daily issues related to supplier invoices and Accounts Payable
• Control of Expense reports
• Work closely with GR/IR account in SAP R/3
• Other common duties associated with general accounting
• Provide support to our stakeholders in various issues within Finance
Publiceringsdatum2012-01-10KvalifikationerWe place great emphasis on your personality, which should include a strong personal drive for result, analytical skills as well as accuracy and preciseness. You should also be service minded and contribute with your excellent team player skills.
To manage this position we believe that you have a relevant educational background within accounting combined with a minimum of 2 years business experience from similar work. We believe you are familiar with SAP R/3 and MS Office, especially Excel. Special attention will be paid to candidates with previous experience from Tetra Pak. Excellent knowledge in Swedish and a good command in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
