Om rollen
Rituals is looking for a driven and creative Account Manager - Partnership & B2B to strengthen our brand and build long-term partnerships in the Nordics. This role is part of our marketing team, with a strong focus on developing impactful brand partnerships and ensuring our products reach the right target audiences. While the position involves some sales, it is not a traditional sales role-it's about brand-building and strategic collaboration.
You will be working in a dynamic environment from our office in central Stockholm, where your ability to combine strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and operational excellence will make a real difference. You will report to the Partnership/Brand Activation Manager and be part of a Nordic team consisting of 10 people.

Your Role
As an Account Manager within our marketing department, you will:
Manage a portfolio of diverse clients and develop strong, brand-building partnerships that contribute to Rituals' success.
Identify and establish new collaborations to strengthen the brand and maximize value across multiple teams within the organization.
Ensure partnerships not only enhance brand visibility but also help us reach the right target audiences through close cross-functional collaboration.
Manage B2B sales, sponsorships, and product distribution through strategic initiatives such as events, discovery boxes, magazines, and brand partnerships.
Drive sampling projects to introduce new products to both existing and potential customers.
Increase customer traffic and sales for ECOM & RETAIL through strategic partnerships.
Negotiate contracts, manage product orders, and ensure proper follow-up.
Work creatively and solution-oriented to develop innovative ways to drive partnerships and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize results.
Purchase digital communication from external partners to amplify the brand's message.

Kravspecifikation
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales and negotiation.
Ability to work in a results-driven manner and achieve set goals.
Experience working with KPIs.
Creativity and problem-solving skills to elevate partnerships to the next level.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a holistic business perspective.
Background or education in marketing is a plus.
Proficiency in InDesign, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
