About the job

Bayou AB is a fast growing software company, founded in 2015. We provide software that enables better communication and planning between teachers, parents and children at preschool / after school centre. We are experiencing solid growth and already have a leading role in Sweden, due to our user-friendly solution, combined with the focus on good customer service.

We are based in Malmö and are looking for a person to lead our sales efforts in Norway. In this role you will sell our solution to preschools throughout Norway. Most of the work will be done from the office by telephone, webinars, e-mail etc. You will be part of a small team, including the 3 founders. Traveling may occur.

Main responsibilities include:
Sell ??our service / platform to preschools.
Make sure our customers get started, helping them along the way
Make sure we reach and potentially exceed our sales budget for each month

We want you to have:
At least 1-3 years of sales experience with proven results
You are comfortable selling a product which you believe in and have additional ambitions for a career in sales. You are a good listener, organized and trustworthy when working with customers
You know how to multitask and work independently
You are a team player who is willing to go the extra mile to reach your goals.
You a fluently in Norwegian and English, as well as good IT habits.
You have experience with CRM systems, keeping track of your leads and your work (we use Pipedrive CRM)

It is an advantage if you:
Have experience from working in a preschool
Can communicate in Swedish
Have experience from a company that sells subscriptions or software
