Miller Graphics is one of the leading companies in the PrePress the packaging industry with operations in Sweden, Finland and Baltic countries, Holland, Belgium, France and Britain. The group is wholly owned by O. F Ahlmark & Co. Eftr AB based in Karlstad. The business has a total of approximately 360 employees and a turnover of approximately MSEK 400. To our operations in Sweden, we are seeking an Account Manager based in Sunne.
Due to an exciting period of expansion we are looking to recruit an account manager who will contribute to the overall perform­ance of the business through the operational management and development of new and existing accounts.
Account Manager
Responsible for Sales and New Business Development, organic growth of existing business and identification and delivery of new business. The role is to plan and implement sales activities in order to meet company targets for retention, growth and profitability.
Plan and implement sales strategy, to deliver targeted profitable growth..
Identify new business opportunities (prospects)
Take ownership for the delivery of tender requirements, including:
Provide clear professional communication (oral & written) as and when necessary.
Negotiate and close sales in line with local and group commercial requirements.
Maintain a perceptive awareness of client and market needs as well as a good understanding of the businesses’   capabilities and future needs.
Develop client / market relationships at all levels, maintaining excellent customer service and discipline at all times.
Contribute towards domestic, European and Global sales initiatitives where require.
You will also take direct responsibility for certain key accounts and contribute to the overall performance of the business through the operational management and development of each account you are responsible for.
Person Specification
A highly experienced professional, you will have experience, knowledge and a proven track record of developing and winning new business.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of operating in a sales management role, you must be capable of interfacing with all levels of management and client bases.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the packaging and brand implementation pre-press requirements.
Must have strong decision-making ability, work well under pressure and operate with minimal supervision, think creatively; must be solution oriented and flexible while always taking into consideration what is in the best interest of the business.
Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, communication and written skills.
An understanding & appreciation of financial performance measurements and working within/toward budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
