Academic Manager at IES Enskede is a part of the school's management team. Academic Manager is working with the school's management and teachers in developing the educational part of the school, such as lessons, assessments and achievement. As an Academic Manager you will be working to strengthen the quality of teaching, ensure an equivalent assessment, and drive part of school's systematic quality work with focus on development and results. You should also be able to do lesson observations and support the teachers in their didactic development. The role includes close cooperation with parents/guardians as well as certain administrative tasks.
This is your opportunity to become a part of our creative management team focusing on success and educational development. We are looking for a candidate who has teaching qualifications, burns for school development and is very familiar with governing documents and the school laws. High academic expectations and development in the classroom are something that speaks to you. You can express yourself freely in English and Swedish in both speech and in writing. You should be able to easily collaborate in groups but also able to work independently. Humility, responsiveness and good self-esteem are features that describe you.
