Job Summary

To manage assigned solutions of the EITTE Portfolios/Products life cycle, meeting Ericsson internal needs and securing business value.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Define portfolio strategy, roadmap and optimize portfolio TCO
• Work together with BUs to align solutions available in the GICs
• Put demands on the development organizations of the target architecture
• Prepare portfolio/product decisions and safeguard portfolio execution plans
• Prepare business cases for the proposed solutions

Position Qualifications
Core Competences:

• PDU/DU knowledge on a senior level
• Experience from strategic work within a PDU, either from a leadership or technical expert position
• IT processes, IT tools & Infrastructure Knowledge
• Communication Skills
• IT Business Knowledge
• Fundamental Leadership Competence
• Financial Acumen & Skills
• Brand Knowledge & Skills

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

10 years of experience, with the major part of that experience in leading positions such as line management or advanced technical roles (specialist, expert)

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• A first academic degree or equivalent qualification
• Authority leadership within Portfolio and its context

Additional Requirments, Physical Demands, Region/Local Specifications:

The position can be placed in either Kista or Linköping. Some travelling will be necessary.
