The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Auto Electrification Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

* Being the face of 3M for the ever-growing network of Auto Electrification (Auto E) Suppliers to the EMEA Automotive Market
* Connecting with global and local 3M teams to drive 3M Auto E offerings into the customer base and find 3M solutions to the many opportunities in this new market space
* Working with the EMEA Technical teams and Global Key Account Managers to find new opportunities, deliver sales growth and support our customers.
* Delivering strong project management for implementation of new business
* In addition to the above, support the North Europe Automotive Team with customer management for a number of Nordic based accounts.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Solutions | Automotive OEM & Tier | 3M United Kingdom

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience.
* Current, Valid Driver's license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position.
* Proven track record in Sales / Business Development (ideally in the Automotive Industry)
* Written and Spoken fluency in local Language and English (additional languages a bonus)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Business or technical qualification
* Knowledge of the Automotive Market, Application development and Specification Process
* Experience working with Auto Electrification, Battery Solution and E-Power Train
* Experience of working with Auto E Battery Manufacturing Tiers
* Ability to understand technical applications, drawings and specifications
* Negotiation and contract management experience
* Ability to communicate at all levels in a global matrix organization.
* Ability to travel frequently within the Nordic region and Europe on occasion
* Experience of working with complex supply chains
* Additional Skills including

* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Experience in use of CRM (Sales Force.com or similar)
* Ability to work accurately with data
* High level of presentation skill

Travel: 60% expected

Role Location: North Europe, Ideally Sweden

Ideal candidate location: Sweden - Ideally Gothenburg or Stockholm. Other locations - Finland also a possibility.

Sales Territory: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway

Remuneration

Salary - high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package.
